By purchasing a spiritual reading, intuitive service, or consultation from BlackMadonna Juju, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Nature of Services
All spiritual readings, intuitive guidance, ancestral messages, and energetic services are offered for spiritual insight, personal reflection, and entertainment purposes only.
These services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional services in those fields. Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
No guarantees are made regarding specific results.
Booking & Delivery
All services are non-physical, time-based, and energetically prepared once purchased.
Delivery timelines, session formats, or scheduling instructions will be communicated via email or the method specified at the time of purchase.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to monitor their email (including spam folders).
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request one reschedule provided the request is made within the stated booking window or prior to the scheduled session, as applicable.
Reschedule requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by BlackMadonna Juju to be valid.
No Contact / Forfeiture of Services
If a client fails to respond, schedule, or reschedule their service and does not make contact within seven (7) days of the initial scheduling or delivery notice:

The service is considered forfeited

No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided

The purchase will be marked as fulfilled
Extended gaps in communication (including weeks or months) do not preserve the right to reschedule.
Services cannot be claimed retroactively after prolonged inactivity.
Refunds & Chargebacks
All spiritual services are final sale.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered once a service has been purchased, scheduled, prepared, or delivered.
By purchasing, the client agrees not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for completed, forfeited, or abandoned services. Documentation of this policy, delivery attempts, and communication records may be used to contest disputes.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

Showing up on time for scheduled sessions

Communicating respectfully and clearly
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of services without refund.
Right to Refuse Service
BlackMadonna Juju reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for inappropriate behavior, boundary violations, or misuse of spiritual guidance.
Agreement
By purchasing a spiritual reading or intuitive service, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated above.
Purchase of services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these policies, regardless of whether the client chooses to read them in full.
