Shipping + Policy

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–6 weeks for processing prior to shipment. Processing times may vary during sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, BlackMadonna Juju is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, provided the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

International Orders

International shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees required by their country. BlackMadonna Juju is not responsible for customs processing delays or carrier-related delays.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of the items, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.

Order Issues

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the buyer must contact BlackMadonna Juju within a reasonable timeframe after delivery so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.

Lost Package Resolution

  • Once an order is marked Delivered by USPS, BlackMadonna Juju is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Buyers are encouraged to check with household members, neighbors, or their local post office.

  • If a package shows In Transit or Delayed beyond the expected delivery window, the buyer must allow 7–10 business days for USPS to resolve the delay.

  • If a package appears lost, the buyer may request that a USPS Missing Mail Search be initiated. BlackMadonna Juju may assist by providing tracking information but is not responsible for carrier errors.

  • BlackMadonna Juju does not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS.

  • If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees.

  • For international orders, delays caused by customs, duties, or import inspections are outside of the seller’s control and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees that delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier constitutes proof of delivery.


Some items sold on this site are produced and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner (Printful). These items are created specifically for each order.


Processing & Shipping

Print-on-demand items are not handmade and are produced by a third-party fulfillment provider.

Production and shipping timelines for print-on-demand items may differ from handmade items and are provided at checkout when applicable.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by the production partner, BlackMadonna Juju is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Print-on-demand items are final sale.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color variations due to screen differences

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, the buyer must contact BlackMadonna Juju within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation so the issue can be reviewed with the fulfillment partner.


Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.


Design Disclaimer

Artwork is created by BlackMadonna Juju. Placement, scale, and color may vary slightly due to the print-on-demand production process. These variations are not considered defects.


Agreement

By purchasing a print-on-demand item, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy in addition to all general shop policies.
